In addition to the Rehabilitation Care Program, King James provides an array of subacute medical services for persons with both short and long-term illnesses or injuries, who require medical or therapy support in a skilled nurse setting prior to returning to their normal activities and routines.

Subacute nursing services, for example, include surgical and wound care and recovery, intravenous therapies (antibiotics, hydration and pain relief) and tube feeding.
